Supervision for Supervisors
A competent Clinical/Professional Supervisor for counsellors and psychotherapists should be able to conduct supervision sessions using various supervision interventions, provide effective evaluation and feedback to supervisees, and address the ethical and legal considerations of supervision.
About these sessions:
Each session will consist of:

A 2h interactive discussion/exploration of relevant supervisee-related issues

For 4 supervisors - ACA (level 2, 3 & 4) and PACFA (clinical supervisors)

Opportunity to discuss your supervision practice - what works, what needs work

Each supervisor will be allocated 30 mins so that everyone has an opportunity to discuss/share/present

You can book in for 1,2,3 or all 4 session
For ACA& PACFA members, this program is worth 2h of supervision.
Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in this workshop, participants must be a registered supervisor (with ACA, PACFA, AASW, APS, or similar association), and have been supervising for at least one year.
Please be prepared with relevant and de-identified supervisory cases/issues/dilemmas to explore within the group.

Your group supervisor
Your group supervisor, Dr Genevieve Armson, holds formal qualifications in Training and Assessment, a Master of Counselling (Curtin University) and is a Clinical Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor with PACFA. She has over 30 years experience as a professional industry leader.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once registration is completed.

Realisations Counselling will consider issuing a voucher to attend a future session for cancellations that are due to hardship, medical emergencies, family emergencies or similar events on the production of documentary evidence, provided there is a registration place available.
